Chen-Ching Liu is Boeing Distinguished Professor at Washington State University, Pullman, and Professor at University College Dublin, Ireland. He received his doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, and taught at the University of Washington, Seattle, from 1983 to 2005. An IEEE fellow, he served as President of the International Council for Intelligent System Applications to Power Systems.
