Xi Fang
Xi Fang , IEEE Student Member, received his B.S and M.E from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Currently he is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Computing, Informatics, and Decision Systems Engineering at Arizona State University. His research interests include algorithm design and optimization for smart grid, cloud computing and wireless network. He received several best paper awards at IEEE conferences, and was runner-up at another.
