Phasor Measurement Units Optimization in Smart Grids
Presented by: Priya Nitin Gokhale
This webinar will cover Phasor Measurement Units (PMU) optimization in Smart Grids, it is elaborated with artificial neural networks (ANN)
Learning Objectives:
- Understand features of PMU and its application
- Use of ANN for PMU optimization
- Proposed method for detection of phase angles at Vs and Vr where maximum power will flow
Conclusion: The results obtained from ANN model are compared with Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP). The predicted & targeted results become equal by training neural network. Deep neural networks can be used for complex networks and near real time applications.
INTENDED AUDIENCE:
All Power system professionals , UG and PG students working in AI., ML, and its applications in power systems
